- The Safer Homes Range offers the flats, apartments & studio thirty minute fire rated doorsets or the classic homes doorsets which are non fire rated. Both ranges offer excellent performance and durability.
- Designed, manufactured and successfully tested as a complete doorset in extensive primary tests for Fire, Smoke, Weathering, Thermal Insulation, and CE marked to EN14351-1.
- To provide assurance that what is manufactured matches what has been tested we invest into third party certification for Security and Fire and Secured by Design approval to the latest standard.
- Comprising natural materials of engineered timber with a hardwood frame, the Safer Homes Doorset is finished to a high standard in the automated factory spray environment to ensure consistency and durability. The doorsets are available in high-tech water based paint or laminate with a wide range of colour options.
Safer Homes Range Fire Rated Doorset - Solid Style 30SHR-S
A cost-effective high performance doorset offering assured compliance for the housing marketplace.
- LEAF - Derwent style solid Safer Homes Range doorset in red, white, blue or green. Same colour inside as outside.
- FRAME - White goalpost frame and cam action door closer.
- FIRE AND SMOKE - Successfully tested as a complete doorset to: EN1634-1:2014 for Fire and for Smoke to: EN1634-3.
- WEATHER AND DURABILITY - BS6375/1, 2&3 for weathering and durability. Tested as a completed doorset
- THERMAL PERFORMANCE - EN ISO 10071 for thermal insulation (1.5w/m²K). Tested as a complete doorset.
- ENHANCED SECURITY - PAS24:2016 for security with latest anti-bump testing and protected against snapping for latest Secured by Design standard.
- HARDWARE - Smooth action multipoint locking system with handleset to outside and thumbturn to inside. Hardware includes TS008 Letterplate to latest security requirements. Door chain or door limiter. Door viewer and numerals in satin chrome. Satin chrome door knocker.
